We are moving our family to Ghana, West Africa to develop Kingdom Communities with local partners through discipleship and development. We believe healthy individuals and families make healthy churches and communities.
The Odle Family exists to know and follow God and to grow in Christ-likeness by loving and encouraging one another and by building Kingdom communities by serving the poor and making disciples.

Transformation
Our team will seek community and worldview transformation through business and community development.
Reconciliation
We follow Paul in the ministry of reconciliation (2 Cor. 5:11ff) intentially working with all socio economic and cultural statuses.
Sustainability
All existing communities, including undeveloped communities are sustainable by virtue of their existence. MRI Ghana works with rural and urban communities providing different tools to increase community health and vitality for reproduction and growth.
Short Term Plan
Relocate the family to Ghana, West Africa in September 2015.
Start Community Health Evangelism program in the community where our business in located.
Launch a produce business that will sustain our family within two years.
Work with Ghanaian church planters in prayer and leadership development.
Use profits from the business to increase Mission Resource International's revolving loan funds in Ghana and Kenya.
Learn a local language (probably Twi).
Long Term Plan
To be a part of the Ghanaian church sending missionaries to other parts of Ghana, Africa and the world.

Our Financial Policy
All Mission Resource International directors are required to raise 100% of personal and a portion of ministry expenses.
Mission Resource International finances are overseen by the staff and the Board of Directors.
